It would cost £70 and need to be 8" diameter giving 24 sponge dessert portions e.g vanilla + buttercream and jame or white choc truffle, lemon sponge wih lemon curd, carrot cake with lemon and brazil nuts, chocolate sponge with milk choc fudge center. nswer your question..... the flowers are sugar but not to be eaten as they are made on wires. This does make it easy for you to remove them and keep as a memento

9" Square will cost 80.00 you can chioose any colours as long as the flowers are the same variety
