Where are the classes held?
5 week evening courses - £35 to £45 (dependant on venue) for the entire course

How can I get there?
Train stations are located in Bilbrook and Codsall, a few minutes walk to the courses or workshop.
Both the courses and workshops are located near the M54.
How long are the classes?
| 5 week Thursday evening cake decorating courses | 7pm to 9pm |
| Weekend workshops | 1pm to 5pm normally on Sundays |

Classes will start promptly on time so please don't be late.
Are food and drink provided?
Yes! Cake and biscuits are provided, as well as tea, coffee, juice and water for all courses/classes.
What do I need to bring with me for a weekend workshop?
Sweetart will provide everything you will need for the day complete your course and take your finished items away with you. This includes, cakes, fillings, icings, pastes, boards, loan of all equipment and tools, non-stick modelling boards, large rolling pins, knives, james and butter creams.
Just bring your apron and an 8 inch box to carry your cake or models home. All items used are all available for purchase from the studio should you not already have them in your toolbox!
What do I need to bring with me for the 5 week evening courses or one to one sessions?
This will vary depending on the course you attend so please contact the tutor for the list for the course you are interested in.
Do I need to bake a cake?
5 week evening classes and one to one sessions:
Yes if you prefer to, or you can buy from me (please order at least a week before the class).
Please note the cake needs to be baked in a 3 inch high cake pan and be well risen. If your cake is smaller than this you may not be able to do the techniques taught on the course. Cakes are not required for all classes/courses.
Weekend workshops:
Any cakes are included in the course fee. If you prefer to bake your own let me know. Your cake needs to be 3 inches high. If your cake is smaller than this you may not be able to practice all the techniques I teach.
How big are the classes?
I aim to ensure plenty of individual attention. Weekend workshops have a maximum of 6 to 8 students, depending on the course. 5 week evening classes normally have a maximum of 12 students. One to one is exactly that! You have my undivided attention for as long as you like, to learn what you like.
What techniques can I learn?
Basic cake decoration, tool usage, sugar pastes, carving 2D and 3D cakes, some flower making. There is an emphasis on sugar modelling.
Parking
Codsall Village Hall has a free car park, which is a couple minutes walk from the workshop. Parking in Alexander Road is limited. Free car parking bays are located near the entrance to the road. Spaces often available along the road too.
Cake decorating classes are available for beginners and intermediate level people. Heather is able to teach a wide range of cake decorating techniques and give absolute beginners the confidence and skills they need to produce their own cake master pieces.
