Who can resist these? A yummy mixture of Belgian chocolate filled with a layer of sponge cake and a layer of chocolate ganache/truffle. Vanilla sponge with white chocolate and champagne truffle or chocolate sponge with Baileys or cointreau truffle are firm favourites.
Cups are topped with hand crafted chocolate fans, shards, curls, hearts, flowers etc or chocolate dipped fruit.... delicious. Fabulous also as a dessert with raspberries or ice cream........ mmmmmm!
