Heather's corporate sugar sculpture "MoonRaker shuttle" commissioned by British Telecom for their James Bond theme hospitality event, where they entertained their world-wide corporate contacts and received great praise. This work served as an eye catching table centre piece during their meal and was then presented as a prize at the end of the evening.
Heather was commissioned to make a huge corporate cake to represent the West Midlands region for the 2001 Census campaign. She sculpted three well known landmarks for the top of the corporate cake which appeared on BBC TV.
